What people bring us

People from Durham often reach out when they want a place to talk through what has been piling up. They may be dealing with strain in relationships, a nervous system that feels on edge, or a sense that the same reactions keep showing up. Some are looking for support that includes the body, not just the story. Others want to know there is room to begin without having everything neatly organized.

  • I need a place to sort through what is happening.
  • I keep reacting before I can think.
  • I am tired of carrying this by myself.
  • I want help that feels more personal than generic.

Getting started from there

Our first conversations are about what brings you in and what you want us to pay attention to. You do not need to arrive with the right language or a clear plan. We will talk through what support might look like and what feels most useful to focus on.

We offer a free 15-minute consultation. We respond as soon as we can.
